These terms apply to your use of the RUITZ online store and purchases made through it. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Products and Product Information

RUITZ offers apparel, lifestyle products and digital products. Many physical items are made to order. Refer to each listing for its description, materials, sizing and other product details. Images illustrate the product; minor colour differences may occur between screen displays and physical items. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Review the product, size, quantity, currency and total amount before paying. Available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Prices and product availability may change, but any change affecting an order already placed will be communicated to you.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of a stock issue, pricing error or another material problem, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange a resolution. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled items and associated charges as applicable. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Production, Shipping and Delivery

Made-to-order items require production before dispatch. Products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners, and an order may arrive in separate packages. Processing and delivery estimates vary by product and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy for shipping charges, tracking and delivery issues. Contact us before purchasing if you need an estimate for a specific item and destination.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation requests, returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us promptly if you need to change an order or report a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Your applicable statutory rights take precedence over conflicting policy terms.

Digital Products

Unless a listing states otherwise, digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed or shared for commercial use without permission. Refer to the listing for access information and to our Return and Refund Policy for digital-product issues.

Intellectual Property

RUITZ branding, original designs and content, together with content owned by our licensors, are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce it commercially.

Use of the Store

You must not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others. Keep any customer-account credentials secure.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed in connection with the store and your orders.

Responsibility and Consumer Rights

We will work to resolve problems with your order. Nothing in these terms removes our obligations concerning defective or misdescribed goods or other obligations imposed by applicable law. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights associated with an order already placed.
