At RUITZ, many of our physical products are made to order. Please review the shipping information for your destination before placing an order.

Delivery within India

India storefront orders are available for delivery to eligible addresses within India. Availability depends on the product and delivery PIN code and is confirmed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Made-to-order items require production time before dispatch. Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment partner and destination. Any timeframe provided for your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production time is separate from courier transit time unless an estimate explicitly includes both.

For a delivery estimate before ordering, contact us at helloruitz@gmail.com with the product name and delivery PIN code. Festivals, public holidays, production demand and courier disruptions may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only when explicitly shown for your order. Charges may vary by product, address and fulfillment partner.

Fulfillment and Tracking

Products may be produced and dispatched by our third-party fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details will be shared when available after dispatch; courier tracking may take time to show its first update.

Delivery Address and Order Changes

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and contact number. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible after production or dispatch begins. Cancellation requests are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Delivery Issues

If a shipment is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but has not been received, email us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or courier. For damaged or incorrect items, follow the claim instructions in our Refund and Return Policy. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.

International Orders

The India delivery information above applies to orders delivered within India. For international orders, available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Production times, shipping origins and transit times vary by product and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate or confirmation of the shipping origin. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are payable by the customer unless explicitly included in the checkout total.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical shipping. Refer to the product listing for delivery and access information.
